A contract is formed once the order has been submitted and payment has been made; this contract forms between Apple Custom Boxes and its customer. Right after the process of production is started, which consists of different stages that help us ensure quality and accuracy:
Stage 1: Customers place an order, make a payment, and get it verified.
Stage 2: Our design team studies the design that’s been submitted and starts preparing it.
Stage 3: The design is then transferred to the printing team and manufacturing unit.
Stage 4: The order is packed and then collected by the shipping team for delivery.
Once your order enters the printing phase, which is Stage 3, you can no longer make changes to dimensions, materials, or design that you selected previously.
If cancellations are made, the customer is expected to pay charges based on what manufacturing stage the order has reached. It is due to the detailed customization and high-quality packaging that we provide.
Before Stage 1: The orders that get canceled before the process has started can get a full refund.
Stage 1 Cancellation: Once manufacturing has been started and is in its initial stage, a fee of 25% of the total order amount is taken just to cover the bank charges and administrative handling.
Stage 2 Cancellation: During this stage, a 50% of the total amount is deducted to compensate the efforts made by the design team and preparation time.
Stage 3 Cancellation: At this stage, manufacturing has started. If you make a cancellation, it is possible, but with a 70% deduction. Cancellation is not guaranteed once the printing process has been started.
Stage 4 Cancellation: This is the last stage where orders that are in the shipping phase cannot be canceled or refunded.
As we make every order customized to the specific requirements of our customers, which is why returns or exchanges are not possible. The main focus is on accuracy and amending any faults.
Error confirmation: If our Company confirms that there's a fault in the order, for example, the finished product is not similar to the approved design shared online, then a 100% reprint of the order will be provided by us.
Reporting duration: Any faults, damage, or missing items must be reported within 3 business days because claims made after this duration will not be considered.
Refunds: As mentioned earlier, no refunds will be provided once manufacturing has been done. Only if there are faults in the order will we remake the order.
Apple Custom Boxes aims for perfection; however, the Company will not be responsible for errors caused by:
Errors, issues, incorrect margins, cracks, or folds in the work or files submitted by the customers. We will also not be held responsible for minor color differences between digital and physical ink colors.
We provide a sample to get your approval before printing begins. So you can confirm if any changes need to be made.
Digital vs. Physical: Please note that screen colors (RGB) have a slight difference from the printed ink (CMYK). We use CMYK and the Pantone color matching system, though a slight change is still possible.
Final Approval: Approving the digital sample helps us make an accurate order. Our company will not be responsible for errors that were present even after the digital sample approval.
We provide Free delivery in the UK.
Estimated Dates: The delivery dates we provide are estimates. We make sure to deliver order timely but we are not responsible for late deliveries caused by shipping companies due to weather issues or customs delays.
Failure to Take Delivery: If a delivery does not get completed due to incorrect location or the receiver being unavailable, re-delivery fees may be applied.
Size: Dimensions may be different by plus or minus 3-5mm due to the die-cutting and folding process.
Quantity: Our company will charge you only for the quantity that gets delivered to you; we won’t undercharge or overcharge you.
Weight & Thickness: The thickness and width of the card or corrugated board may slightly be different based on the material that you choose.
Our company, Apple Custom Boxes, will not be responsible for failures that result from circumstances beyond human control. This includes acts of God, rains, strikes, power failures, or global supply network issues.
